TOUR SIZES
Day tours are for small groups up to eight guests. Private tours
& personal tours, and larger group tours can be aranged
- All prices and quotes in New Zealand Dollars.
- Prices include Goods and service tax - 15%
- All prices are subject to changes in accommodation costs, Goods
& services tax, road user charges and other factors beyond our
control
- Payments may be made by credit card except Amex.
DAY TOURS
Full payment or credit card details are required to secure
booking. Cancellation of tour under two days before departure 100%
of tour fee will be charged Cancellations up to 30 days before
tour,50% of tour cost may apply
EXTENDED MULTI-DAY TOURS
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is usually required at time
of confirmation of booking and full payment normally required 60
days prior to date of tour's departure. If written cancellation is
received 60 days prior to date of departure, then the cancellation
charge may be the deposit paid plus any relevant costs incurred by
Kiwi Dundee Adventures. If written cancellation is received 30 -59
days, then cancellation charge may be 50% of tour price. Within 30
days of departure the full tour may be charged.
Disclaimer: Kiwi Dundee Adventure's reserves the right to cancel
or amend any tour, or offer an alternative, for any reason beyond
our control. Whilst all care and attention to details is given,
Kiwi Dundee Adventures and its agents will not assume
responsibility for any claim, loss, damage, personal injury, loss
or damage to personal equipment, inconvenience, costs and expenses,
delays or irregularities of any nature occasioned by
circumstances.
Any medical condition must be notified prior to trip
taking place
Adults accompanying any person under 18 years of age must ensure
these persons follow our instructions at all times
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR ALL VISITORS
Please note: Under New Zealand law, it is extremely unlikely you
will be able to sue anyone if you are injured. New Zealand's
accident compensation scheme provides only limited assistance to
visitors to New Zealand.
General Information
Suggested travel articles to bring: Comfortable walking shoes or
boots, good waterproof rain jacket, sun hat, sunscreen,
togs[bathing suit]], camera, small torch[flashlight], 'layers' of
clothing as weather can be changeable any time of year. Casual
clothes. For luxury Lodges neat casual attire required.
