One Day tours :
Full payment required to confirm booking
Confirmed bookings are subject to 100% payment if cancelled with 24 hours of
tour departing.
Cancellations up to 30 days before, 50% of tour cost may apply.
Extended Tours :
A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is usually required at time of
confirmation of booking and full payment normally required 60 days prior to
the date of the tour"s departure
* If written cancellation is received 60 days prior to departure,
cancellation fee may be the deposit paid.
* If written cancellation is received 30-59 days, then charge may be 50% of
tour cost
* Within 30 days of departure the full cost of tour may be charged.
Kiwi Dundee Adventures reserves the right to cancel or amend any trip, or
offer an alternative for any reason. To the extent permitted by law, all our
liability for damage or loss of property, disruption to travel plans, or
mental injury is excluded. This exclusion is subject to any rights or
remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Any medical condition must be notified prior to trip taking place.
1.Articles to include in your suitcase: Comfortable walking shoes, good rain jacket, sun hat, sunscreen, togs [bathing suit], camera & film, small torch [flashlight]. 'Layers' of clothing as weather can be changeable any time of year. Casual clothes. For luxury Lodges, neat casual attire required.
2.Travel Insurance recommended for all travelers to New Zealand.
3.Kiwi Dundee Adventures have a non-smoking policy in all luxury mini coaches.
4. Correct documentation required for New Zealand.
