One Day tours : Full payment required to confirm booking Confirmed bookings are subject to 100% payment if cancelled with 24 hours of tour departing. Cancellations up to 30 days before, 50% of tour cost may apply. Extended Tours : A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is usually required at time of confirmation of booking and full payment normally required 60 days prior to the date of the tour"s departure Cancellation charges may be applicable when a booking is cancelled. * If written cancellation is received 60 days prior to departure, cancellation fee may be the deposit paid. * If written cancellation is received 30-59 days, then charge may be 50% of tour cost * Within 30 days of departure the full cost of tour may be charged.
